Six white women, three of them nurses and a large group of children (all white boys and girls), some with casts on their legs sitting on a lawn in celebration of someone's birthday.
Note
Handwritten note on verso: Aug. 29, 1915 a group of the kiddies and "others" at Mercy Hospital taken on the [illegible] birthday of the "Goden West Girl". Gelatin silver print.
